Communicate. Educate. Inspire.

Those three words encapsulate the mission of Alaris Design – and what we do on a regular basis for our clients and their audiences. With a deep background in communication design in both the UK and Canada, and a Master’s degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, Arifin Graham brings his understanding of people and organizations to every project that Alaris Design undertakes.

Alaris Design has completed a wide range of successful projects for a variety of clients, including non-profit organizations, foundations, book publishers, government and the private sector.

The company was established in 1989 by award-winning communication designer Arifin Graham. He has over 25 years’ experience as a designer and creative director, and is a professional member of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada. In addition to his Master’s degree, Arifin holds a Bachelor of Arts (Art History) from the University of British Columbia. Alaris Design’s broad network of key associates ensures that the most relevant expertise is available to our clients and our causes as required.

In addition to his professional communications work, Arifin serves in leadership and facilitation positions on a variety of non-profit boards of local, regional and international organizations. He also serves regularly as a judge for the Royal Roads University International Undergraduate Case Competition, an annual event which brings together promising Commerce students from around the world.

The first thing that we do is to understand the essence of your company or organization: what makes it tick, who are your people, who is your audience? Through a series of simple questions, we gather information about you – and then make sense of it as it relates to why, how and what you want to communicate. By doing so, we work towards strengthening your brand, your strategy, and your message.

The products that we have developed over the years for a wide variety of clients include:

• Corporate identity and branding
• Annual reports
• Web sites
• Brochures and booklets
• Books
• Corporate and organizational exhibits
• Museum displays
